Finally, it reached its end, the last episode of Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wa Bokutachi Mada Shiranai [Ano Hana - in short]. As I've predicted, it it is such a tearjerking ending. But, as usual, I couldn't cry when I watched it.
After the firework had launch, Menma hadn't dissappear. In the evening, Jintan, Yukiatsu, Anaru, Tsuruko, Poppo gathered in temple, wondering why Menma didn't joubutsu [go to heaven], and confessing their sins toward Menma. Then, they asked Jintan to bring Menma to the secret base so they can talk and try to grant Menma's wish. Jintan went home but Menma lying on the floor with such a weak and pale face. Like she would dissappear. After that, Jintan brought Menma to the secret base but when he got there, Menma became invisible and Jintan can't see her. Menma said that she's playing hide and seek. Jintan ran into forest to find Menma, whom actually is still inside the secret base . Yukiatsu, Anaru, Tsuruko, Poppo chased after Jintan and try to find Menma too. Before the sun is rising, in front of the tree, they found five letters written by Menma. From this part, with "secret base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~ (10 years after Ver.)" as background music, the tearjerking scene began. Finally, when the sun is rising, Menma could be seen not only by Jintan, but also by Yukiatsu, Anaru, Tsuruko, and Poppo. And then, OWAKARE DA.
Overall, I can give 9/10 point to Ano Hana. I really like the story from the first eps until the last eps. Very very nice drama with tearjerking scene. I think Ano Hana is the best anime of Spring 2011.

Agree, Ano Hana is one of the best anime of this season (well, there're a lot great anime in this spring), but I can't say I'm a fan of the ending though.
